Abstract: ‘Huifeng 6’is a early maturing hybrid spring cabbage which is developed from two self-incompatible lines of 9203-4-3-11 and 0346-4-1-1. It takes 63 days from transplanting to harvesting. It grows vigorously，and has dark green external leaves，medium wax，and round head with good compaction. The cabbage is crisp and tender，with good flavor and high quality. The single head mass is about 1.26 kg and the yield is about 73.40 to 78.88 t · hm^-2. With relatively strong disease-resistance and bolting- tolerance，it is suitable for Northern China，and other provinces such as Shaanxi，Qinghai，and Yunnan etc. to grow in spring.
