外源腐胺对盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗叶片PSⅡ光化学特性和体内离子分布的影响

Effects of Exogenous Putrescine on PSⅡ Photochemistry and Ion Distribution of Cucumber Seedlings Under Salt Stress

摘要: 以黄瓜品种‘津优4号’为材料,采用营养液栽培,研究了外源腐胺(Putrescine,Put)对NaCl 胁迫下幼苗叶片光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)光化学特性和器官离子分布的影响。结果表明,外源Put提高了NaCl胁迫下黄瓜幼苗叶片最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)和保护性热耗散(ΦNPQ),显著增强光耐受能力和电子传递能力,降低了光损伤程度,抑制了植株体内Na+ 和Cl-向地上部的运输,显著降低了叶中Na+ 和Cl-的含量。说明外源Put能够减少NaCl胁迫下盐离子进入植株叶中,降低离子毒害,减轻不可逆光抑制,进而缓解盐胁迫对黄瓜幼苗光合机构的伤害。

Abstract: The effect of exogenous putrescine(8 mmol · L-1)on characteristics of PSⅡ photochemistry and ion distribution were investigated in cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.)‘Jingyou 4’seedlings subjected to salt stress(75 mmol · L-1 NaCl). Chlorophyll a fluorescence parameters showed that exogenous putrescine increased the maximum quantum efficiency(Fv/Fm),actual efficiency of PSⅡ(ФPSⅡ)and regulated thermal energy dissipation(ΦNPQ)under salt stress, and significantly increased the maximum electron transport rate of PSⅡ and the light saturation coefficient(Ek),decreased photo damage(ΦNO) in the salt-stressed plants. Salt stress resulted in a significant accumulation of Na+ and Cl- in plants, but decreased levels of K+ and Mg2+. Exogenous putrescine inhibited the transportion of Na+ and Cl- from roots to leaves, decreased the accumulation of Na+,Cl- and increased K+,Mg2+ concentration in different tissues under salt stress. The above results indicated that exogenous putrescine regulated ion distribution in salt-stressed plants, especially,by preventing the accumulation of Na+ and Cl- in the leaves which was associated with an improvement in the actual PSⅡ efficiency.
