摘要: 采用PCR 和RT-PCR 技术, 从甘蓝基因组和柱头总RNA 中扩增获得了719 bp 的硫氧还蛋白
(THL1) 的全长基因序列和430 bp 的cDNA 序列。序列分析首次表明, 克隆的THL1 基因全序列有两个内含子, cDNA 序列编码117 个氨基酸。

Abstract: The THL1 gene and it’s cDNA coding for thioredoxin-like protein were cloned from genomic DNA and stigma mRNA in Brassica oleracea L. by PCR and RT-PCR respectively. Their sizes are 719 bp and 430 bp respectively. Sequencing result showed that this gene contained two introns and could specify a peptide with 117 amino acid sequence.
