摘要:

对近年来苹果抗寒性相关研究结果进行总结归纳,阐述了低温胁迫对苹果抗寒性的影响,比较了不同抗寒性的鉴定方法,列举了国内外苹果主要的抗寒品种和砧木,探究了苹果响应低温胁迫的生理及分子机制,最后指出了苹果抗寒性研究存在的问题及今后研究的主要方向,以期为进一步解析苹果抗寒机制及抗寒品种的选育提供参考。

Abstract:

In this paper,the research results of apple cold resistance in recent years were summarized,the effects of low temperature stress on the cold resistance of apple were reviewed,the identification methods of different cold resistance were compared,the main cold-resistant apple varieties and rootstocks both domestically and internationally were listed,and the physiological and molecular mechanisms of apple in response to low temperature stress were explored. Finally,the problems existing in the study of apple cold resistance and the main direction of future research were pointed out. To provide support for further analysis of the cold resistance mechanism of apples and the breeding of cold resistance cultivars.
