摘要: ‘琦蕊’无患子是从实生栽培的群体中,通过选择特异性优良单株,定向培育而成的雄性不育的新品种。雄花的花药不开裂,雄花和雌花的花药内均无花粉。嫁接成活率高,嫁接第2年全部进入开花阶段,开花量大、开花整齐,适宜用于作为杂交育种母本培养,可避免杂交育种中的去雄程序,大大缩减工作量和减少自身花粉污染。

Abstract: The soapberry cultivar‘Qirui’is a newly developed cultivar with completely sterile stamens,selected for its unique anther specificity. Its male anthers fail to dehisce,and no pollen is present in the anthers of either male or female flowers. The cultivar exhibits a high grafting survival rate,with all grafted plants flowering by the second year. Its abundant and synchronized blooming makes it an ideal maternal parent for crossbreeding,eliminating the need for emasculation and reducing both labor and pollen contamination.
