Abstract: ‘Ningnongqi 20’is a new yellow fruit wolfberry cultivar selected through group selection. Mature fruit bright yellow，long oval，fruit top，fresh fruit thousand grain weight 1 060 g，sweet taste，fresh fruit juice rates 85%，suitable for dry fruit processing. The content of wolfberry polysaccharide in dried fruit is 4.84%，betaine is 1.73%，zeaxanthin is 33.5 mg · kg^-1. Self-crossing fruiting rates > 60%，can be single garden，is the ideal variety of yellow fruit of wolfberry production and processing. It is recommended for cultivation in wolfberry cultivation regions.
