摘要: 毛木耳新品种‘桂毛7号’是由广西隆安县的野生毛木耳分离、驯化培育而成。子实体单生或簇生,灰褐色,耳片厚,有弹性,边缘褶皱呈裙状并稍有弯曲,孕面(腹面)光滑,背面绒毛明显,具有典型的网格纹(脉纹),口感软、脆、糯。出耳周期60 ~ 90 d,鲜耳生物转化率135%以上。

Abstract: Auricularia polytricha‘Guimao 7’was isolated and domesticated from wild Auricularia cornea in Longan County,Guangxi. The ear pieces are thick,elastic,skirt-like and slightly curved at the edges,smooth on the pregnant surface,with obvious villi on the back,typical grid pattern(vein pattern),and soft,crispy and sticky taste. The cycle time of fungus is 60–90 days,and the bioconversion rate of fresh fungus is over 135%.
