A New Camellia sinensis Cultivar‘Yihuang 1’

摘要: ‘彝黄1号’是从四川省乐山市马边彝族自治县建新镇建新村的四川中小叶茶树群体种中经单株选择、系统选育而成的茶树新品种。其新梢叶色黄化性状明显,夏、秋季新梢金黄色。加工绿茶香气馥郁带奶香,滋味鲜爽,游离氨基酸含量高,具有较高的开发推广价值。

Abstract: ‘Yihuang 1’is a new Camellia sinensis cultivar selected by single plant selection and systematic breeding from small and medium-leaf tea plant species in Jianxin Village,Jianxin Town,Mabian Yi Autonomous County,Leshan City,Sichuan Province. The color of new shoots and leaves turns to yellow obviously,and it is golden in summer and autumn. The green tea products have rich aroma,milk aroma,fresh taste and high content of free amino acids,which has the value of development and promotion.
