A New Hot Pepper Cultivar‘Mingjiao 10’

摘要: ‘明椒10号’辣椒是以自交系m112-2-2-3-4为母本,f188-2-5-6-1为父本配制而成的中早熟杂交一代新品种。果实为指形小尖椒,椒条顺直,果长9 ~ 11 cm,果宽2 cm,果肉厚0.15 cm,单果质量7 ~ 9 g;皮薄易烤干,中高辣,辣椒素含量0.58%,维生素C含量185 mg • kg-1,可干鲜两用。中抗病毒病、炭疽病和疫病。中早熟,适宜福建春季种植,平均鲜椒产量20.65 t • hm-2。

Abstract: ‘Mingjiao 10’,a new mid-early pepper cultivar,was developed from F1 of the inbred lines m112-2-2-3-4 and f188-2-5-6-1. The fruit is finger shaped,straight,9–11 cm in length,2 cm in width,0.15 cm in flesh thickness,and 7–9 g in weight. The capsaicin content is 0.58%,vitamin C content is 185 mg • kg-1. It can be used for both dry and fresh. It is moderate resistant to antiviral diseases,anthrax and Phytophthora. It is suitable for early spring planting in Fujian. The total marketable yield is about 20 650 kg • hm-2 on average.
