A New Late Ripening Apple Cultivar‘Huafei’

摘要: 苹果新品种‘华妃’是从‘金冠’和‘华富’的杂交一代中选育出的。果实近圆形,果形指数0.86,平均单果质量181 g;果皮鲜红色,底色黄绿色,果面较光滑,果点小;果肉较细,淡黄色,肉质松脆多汁,去皮硬度7.0 kg • cm-2,可溶性固形物含量15%,口感香甜,有香味,品质上等。果实生育期168 d左右,属晚熟品种,在辽宁省兴城地区10月下旬成熟,产量41 t • hm-2。

Abstract: ‘Huafei’is a new apple cultivar derived from the hybrid of‘Gold Delicious’and‘Huafu’. The shape of the fruit is globose. The fruit shape index is 0.86. The average fruit weight is 181 g. Fruit covered with bright red,and the surface is smooth with little lenticels. The flesh is light yellow,tender,crunchy and juicy. The hardness of peeled fruit is 7.0 kg • cm-2. The soluble solids content is 15%,and it tastes sweet. The fruit has high quality. The fruit growth period is about 168 d. It is a new late ripening apple cultivar matured in late October in Xingcheng,Liaoning. The yield is 41 000 kg • hm-2.
