Abstract: ‘Futong Zilihong’is a new seeded table grape cultivar bred through crossing between‘Red Globe’and‘CAU1207-5’. The cultivar is of middle cluster size with low compactness，weighing averagely 400 g at harvest. The berry is elliptical shape，of large size，and the average berry weight is 7.9 g without any treatment. The berry skin is dark red，thin and with no astringency taste. The flesh is crunchy and juicy with 1–2 normal developed seeds，the soluble solids content is 18 °Brix at harvest，and the overall consumption quality is high and the average yield is up to 22.5 t • hm-2. ‘Futong Zilihong’bud breaks in early April，blooms in mid-late May，reaches veraison in mid-to-late July，and ripes in mid-Auguest in Beijing area.
