摘要: ‘甬榨4号’是从‘平阳榨菜’变异株中经历6个世代系统选育而成的茎用芥菜新品种。株形直立,生长势强,基部不贴地,板叶。瘤状茎呈圆形,茎形指数1.1,平均鲜质量420 g,加工品质好。早中熟,全生长期170 d左右。耐寒性较强,耐抽薹,空心率低,产量高,57 975 kg ? hm-2。适宜在浙江省种植。

Abstract: ‘Yongzha 4’is a new tuber mustard cultivar developed by systematic selection from 6 generations of‘Pingyan Zhacai’mutants. It is characterized by erected plant type,strong growth potential,far-surface base,broad-leaf type. The tuberous stem is of round shape,the tuberous stem shape index is 1.1,and the average fresh weight is 420 g. The processing quality is better. It is of early and medium maturity. The full growth period is 170 d. The cold resistance and bolting-tolerance is stronger. The hollow heart percentage is lower with a high production of 57 975 kg ? hm-2. The cultivar was suitable for planted in Zhejiang tuber mustard field.
