摘要: 以大田‘早钟6号’枇杷为试材, 研究了花芽分化期营养芽与花芽内源激素水平的变化以及
激素平衡(比值) 的作用。结果表明: 低水平GA3和低水平IAA对枇杷花序原基的形成和花器官的分化起促进作用, 在花芽诱导期相对较高的ZT水平和ABA水平有利于花芽分化; 在形态分化期, 也要求较高的ZT水平和ABA水平。ABA含量在枇杷成花过程中的变化特征最明显, 暗示其在枇杷的成花中扮演主导角色, 没有ABA的持续升高, 就不能导向成花; 另一个有可能与之起作用的是IAA, 后者在关键的时候(8月中旬) 有所下降。

Abstract: The variation and the ratios of four endogenous hormones in the buds throughout flower induction and differentiation in field-grown Zaozhong 6 loquat treeswere studied. While lower levels of GA3 and IAA were linked to the inflorescence primordium formation and floral organs differentiation, higher levels of ZT and ABA were connected with flower differentiation. Of the four endogenous hormones detected, ABA played a dominant role in flower induction and differentiation, as the persistent rise in ABA level coincided with flower bud formation. Meanwhile, the fall in IAA level at some critical point (mid-August) also appeared to be necessary.
