豌豆苗采后GA、乙烯和ABA 处理对纤维合成的调控作用

Regulations of Fiber Synthesis in Excised Pea Seedlings by Gibbereilic Acid, Ethylene and Abscisic Acid

摘要: 研究了GA、乙烯和ABA对离体豌豆苗(Pisum sativum L. )纤维合成的调控作用。结果表明,豌豆苗采后组织中纤维含量逐渐上升,与纤维合成相关的酶类包括苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、肉桂醇脱氢酶(CAD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均显著增强。GA处理对豌豆苗采后纤维合成有明显抑制作用,同时显著地抑制了肉桂醇脱氢酶(CAD)活性的上升。乙烯和ABA处理促进豌豆苗采后纤维合成,并提高了PAL、PPO、CAD和POD的活性。

Abstract: To learn how the fiber-synthesis re,dated by plant growth resistors,excised pea seedlings (Pisum sativum L.) were treated with gibberellic acid(GA),ethylene or abscisic acid(ABA).rI1le fiber level in the seedlings uauy increased after harvest and it was further enhanced by ethylene or ABA,and reduced by
GA,whereas,activities of related emymes(phenylalanine deaminase, polyphenol oxidase,cinnamyl alcohol dehydmgenase and pemxidase) in the seedlings were enhanced by treatment with ethylene or ABA,However cinnamyl alcohol dehydmgenase activity was significantly reduced by GA.
