摘要: 连续开花性、重瓣性、花色及花香是包括月季在内的观赏植物的重要性状。以月季主要性状为主线,根据遗传图谱、基因克隆、转录组等分子生物学方法得到的研究结果,论述了月季性状遗传和发育的分子基础最新研究进展,为观赏植物重要经济性状分子生物学研究和分子育种提供参考。

关键词: 蔷薇属, 花发育, 花器官, 花期, 花型, 花香, 分子育种, 转录组

Abstract: Recurrent blooming,double flower,petal color and fragrance,are important traits of ornamental plants including roses. Recent research progress of molecular mechanisms for rose genetics and development was commented according to the results of genetic mapping,gene cloning and transcriptome researches,with the traits as the main clue. It would provide reference to the molecular research on economic characters and the molecular breeding in ornamental plants.
