摘要: 无核葡萄是世界葡萄生产与消费的重要发展趋势,也是主要的育种目标。从无核葡萄的分类、无核性状的形成、无核形成的分子机制、内源激素调控、遗传与育种现状等几个方面进行论述。以基因组学和基因编辑等生物技术的快速发展为背景,对今后葡萄无核机理研究的展开和无核葡萄的育种进行展望,以期为无核葡萄的育种提供一定的理论参考依据。

关键词: 葡萄, 无核基因, 遗传机理, 育种

Abstract: Seedlessness is one of the most important quality traits in grapevine production and breeding of novel seedless grapevine cultivars is one of the main goals in breeding programs worldwide. The present review provides comprehensive information on recent advances in the type and the development of seedless grapevines,and discusses mechanisms behind the formation of seedless grapevines in aspects of molecular biology,endogenous hormone levels and genetics. Recent developments in technologies including genomics and gene editing provide alternative strategies for further breeding of seedless grapevines.
