摘要:

番茄褪绿病毒于1998年在美国佛罗里达州被首次报道,现已蔓延至世界各地。在中国,番茄褪绿病毒病自2004年在台湾出现以来,已在山东、河南、河北、天津、北京等番茄主产区大面积发生,成为继番茄黄化曲叶病毒病之后的又一种重要病害。对番茄褪绿病毒的特征特性、危害情况以及番茄抗性资源的鉴定等研究进展进行综述,以期为抗病育种、抗病基因的分子标记开发、基因定位和克隆等提供参考

Abstract:

Tomato chlorosis virus(ToCV) which has been spread to all over the world was discovered for the first time in Florida in 1998. In China,since 2004 reported in Taiwan,the virus has been found in Shandong,Henan,Hebei,Tianjin,Beijing and other main producing areas of tomato. Tomato chlorosis virus has brought serious even destructive harm to tomato production and could be another important disease after the Tomato yellow leaf curl virus. In this studyTomato chlorosis virus disease,damage symptoms and identification of resistance resources was described. This paper aimed at providing a reference for ToCV resistant breeding,molecular markers development,fine mapping of ToCV resistance genes and cloning and so on.
