Abstract: Potassium, magnesium, phosphorus up take and nitrogen utilization efficiency of tomato seedlings was promoted while that biomass of plant was changeless or increased under supplemental Cl- treatments (6.25 - 100 mmol·L - 1 ). Dry matter accumulation of seedings treated with 200 and 300 mmol·L - 1 Cl-
was obvious less than that of the control.
