Abstract: The regeneration system of 24 rose cultivars(Rosa hybrida)was researched．The research
results indicted that genotypes．hormone varieties and its concentrations．cultural time in the dark and ages of
the explants have great effect on the regeneration of rose leaf explants、Culturing in dark and using tender ex—
plants can improve the shoot regeneration of leaf explants．Only l 2 varieties can forlTl adventitious buds from
24 varieties of roses researched． After 30 days of dark culturing，the regeneration rate of Iceberg improved
from 15．6％ to 45．6％ ．In vitro the regeneration rate of Iceberg，if leaves from upside of rose。iS 46．5％ ：
from medium is 12．9％ ：from downside is 0、The appropriate media for regeneration from leaf explants of rose
is MS+6．BA 6、0 mg·L一 +ZT 6．0 mg ·L一 +IBA 0．4 mg·L一 ．The medium for shoot buds elongation iS
MS+6一BA 2．0 mg·L一 +IBA 0．1 mg·L一 ．The medium for regenerating adventitious roots iS 1／2 MS+
NAA 0．2 mg·L +0．1％ activate carbon．
