Abstract:

‘Meiguixiang’is a new precocious fruit mulberry cultivar，which selected from the white mulberry seedling resources in Xiajin，Shandong. The fruit is ovoid in shape. The average fruit weight is 2.02 g. The flesh is much juicy with rose fragrant smell. The organic acid，vitamin C and soluble solids content are 1.03%，0.1188 mg · g-1 and 23%–30%，respectively. Flower bud rate and fruit setting rate are 98.15% and 91.89%，respectively. The fruit is mature in the mid to late of May. It is good for transportation. In addition，this cultivar has strong adaptability，good productivity and high resistant to disease.
