Abstract: A genetic linkage map of Brassica rapa was constructed using AFLP markers, based on a F1-derived doubled-haploid (DH) population with 59 lines. The map consists of 10 main linkage groups, including 346 AFLP markers generated by 63 primer combinations, and covers 708 cM with an average genetic distance of 2.0 cM.
