Abstract: Interspecific hybridization was carried out with selecting sweet cherry as female parent and Chinese cherry as male parent．Embryo rescue system of hybrids were studied and identification of them Was also made．The results showed that：(1)setting percentage was highest when ‘Ehon’was female parent；embryo abortion happened 4 weeks after pollination in ‘Ehon’，3 weeks in ‘Napoleon’and ‘Hongdeng’；(2)1／2 MS medium supplemented with BA 2 mg／L，IAA 1 mg／L and vitamin C 10 mg／L was the optimal medium for germination and growth，1／2 MS medium supplemented with BA 2 mg／L，IAA 1 mg／L，AA 0．1 mg／L and vitamin C 1 0 mg／L Was the optimal medium for multiplication，1／2 MS medium supplemented with IBA 0．2 mg／L and vitamin C 10 mg／L was the optimal medium for rootage；(3)S-allele specific PCR、RAPD and leaf shape analysis showed that they were real hybrids．
