A New Auricularia polytricha Cultivar‘Shener 3’

Abstract:

‘Shener 3’was bred by system selection from Auricularia polytricha‘AP4’. It is characterized by short life circle,good consistency,obviuously tide time,big size fruiting-body and high yield. The fruiting body is suitable for drying,the dried product with dark brown front and gray white back.
