耐高温瓜枝孢非亲和菌株筛选及其诱导黄瓜抗黑星病的研究

摘要:

温处理瓜枝孢菌(Cladosporium cucumernium ) 分生孢子获得了耐热、低致病力的非亲和菌株, 试验证明菌株的非亲和性长期保持稳定。耐高温瓜枝孢非亲和菌株可显著激发黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L. ) 对黑星病的抗性, 其诱导抗病的能力稳定遗传, 但诱导抗病性表达有一迟滞期。诱导接种浓度越高,诱导抗病效果越显著, 挑战接种浓度高, 诱导的抗病效果差。

Abstract: The incompatible isolates of Cladosporium cucumernium with heat-resisting and low pathogenisity was obtained by high temperature treatments. It was showed that the low pathogenicity of C. cucumernium is stability. The heat-resistance isolates of C. cucumernium could induce cucumber scab resistance, and the induced resistance ability could inheritance, however there was a lag stage in the induced resistance expression. The induced resistance effect increased with the increase of induced inoculum concentration, and challenge inoculum concentration increased, induced effect reduced.
