摘要: 结合SCAR标记的原理与多引物PCR技术, 建立了共显性标记技术Codominant-SCAR。利用该技术对12份番茄近等基因系进行了遗传鉴定, 结果表明该方法具有重复性好、迅速、简便、成本低的特点, 可用于番茄和其它作物的分子育种。

Abstract: Codominant-SCAR was developed on the basis of combination of SCAR molecular marker and Multiplex-PCR. We used this new technique to identify twelve tomato NILs. The results indicated that the Codominant-SCAR was characterized by good rep roducibility, low cost and time consuming. It is useful for the MAS application in tomato and other crops.
