AFLP Analysis of Genetic Diversity of Paeonia suffruticosa Cultivars in Henan Province

摘要: 利用AFLP技术对30个牡丹品种的遗传多样性进行了研究。用3对引物组合进行选择性扩增, 共产生151个位点, 其中96个为多态性位点, 占63.5%。其中2个受试品种产生了特异性位点。聚类
分析结果显示, 遗传距离0.25将30个牡丹品种划分为5个聚类组, 与传统分类结果基本一致。

Abstract: AFLP analysis was app lied to study the genetic relationship among 30 Paeonia suffruticosa cultivars. 3 pairs of primer combination were screened from 30 pairs of p rimer combination and generated 151 bands, 96 ofwhich were polymorphic bands (63.5% ). There are two cultivars which generated special DNA
fragments. Cluster analysis showed that 30 cultivarswere divided into 5 cluster group swith a genetic distance of 0.25. The result is generally consistent with the traditional classified.
