摘要:
大白菜(Brassica rapa L. ssp. pekinensis)是中国重要的蔬菜作物,而未熟抽薹是高海拔地区夏季和北方地区春季大白菜生产的主要限制因素,培育耐抽薹品种已成为大白菜育种的重要目标。本文综述了大白菜抽薹的影响因素、耐抽薹性状的遗传规律、基因功能鉴定和育种现状等方面的研究,以期为大白菜耐抽薹品种的选育及耐抽薹分子机制解析提供参考。
