Abstract: ‘Yuzhi 90’is a new tuber mustard cultivar which is select from F₁ generation population which was derived from the hybridization of 154-5 × 165-1 as female parent and A168 as male parent. The tuberous stem has low water content，and it is oblate in shape. It can be used for both processing and fresh. The compact plant type of tuber mustard has bolting resistance. It is a maturing cultivar and tabes about 140–155 d from sowing to harvest. It shows middle resistance to downy mildew. It is suitable for direct-seeding in areas below 600 m altitude in Chongqing tuber mustard field，with yield of 45 000 kg · hm^-2.
