摘要: ‘平安葫芦枣’是由北京市西城区平安里发现的古枣树育成的新品种。果实卵圆形或葫芦形,平均单果质量12.20 g。果皮薄,可食率96.0%,果肉绿白色,细嫩致密,酥脆味甜,可溶性固形物含量25.0%,维生素C含量2.56 mg • g-1。在北京地区9月上旬成熟。盛果期平均产量15.8 t • hm-2,适宜在北京城区及生态条件类似地区栽培。

Abstract: ‘Ping’an Huluzao’,as a new jujube cultivar,was selected from the ancient tree in Ping’anli,Xicheng District,Beijing. The fruit showed oval or the slender-Necked Vases shape. The average weight of the fruit is 12.20 g,edible rate is 96.0%. The fruit skin is thin,and the flesh is green and white,tender and compact,crisp and sweet. The soluble solids content is 25.0%,and the vitamin C content is 2.56 mg • g-1. It ripens in early September in Beijing. The average output is 15 800 kg • hm-2. It is suitable to be cultivated in Beijing and other regions with similar ecological conditions.
