摘要: 春夏秋冬不同季节的46 个白菜基因型的硝酸盐含量存在显著差异; 经聚类分析将其划分为高
硝酸盐含量和低硝酸盐含量的品种群; 同一品种在不同季节栽培, 硝酸盐含量有一定变化, 一般秋冬季低于春夏季。

关键词: 白菜, 硝酸盐含量, 基因型差异, 季节

Abstract: The genotypic differences of nitrate content in 46 pak2choi cultivars were studied during winter of 1998 and spring, summer, autumn of 1999. The results showed that there were significant differences of nitrate content among different cultivars of pak-choi. The cultivars of high and low nitrate content have been grouped by cluster analysis based on the experiment of four seasons. The result also showed that the nitrate content of the same
cultivar in different seasons was different. The nitrate content in spring and summer was higher than that in autumn and winter.
