摘要: 应用原生质体电融合技术, 获得了茄子近缘野生种Solanum torvumS. aethiopicum 与栽培种S.melongena (六叶茄, Dourga) 的种间体细胞融合四倍体再生植株。染色体检测表明该植株为四倍体(2n =4x = 48) , 荧光免疫检测证明为种间体细胞杂种, 青枯病抗性鉴定表明带有抗病基因, 田间生长表现为倾向野生亲本的中间类型。

Abstract: We obtained regenerated tetroaploid plants from the protoplast electrofusion between Solanum melongena (Dourga) and S.torvum or S.aethiopicum. The ploid level was confirmed by chromosome detection. Fluorescent immunoassay proved that the plants were regenerated from interspecific somatic fusion. Inoculation with Pseudomonas solanacearum indicated that the somatic hybrids carried the resistance gene from the wild relatives. The somatic hybrids were more like the wild relatives in the open field.
