桑黄新品种‘吉黄1号’

A New Sanghuangporus vaniini Cultivar‘Jihuang 1’

摘要: ‘吉黄1号’是由采集自吉林省和龙市八家子镇泉水洞林场山林间野生桑黄子实体,分离纯化培养得到纯菌株,经系统选育而成的桑黄新品种。段木基质培育子实体单生,马蹄形,中部凸起,黄褐色、边缘黄色、质地致密,腹面有菌管,背腹面明显。3年生子实体直径15 ~ 20 cm,基部厚8 ~ 10 cm,边缘厚1 ~ 2 cm。段木栽培子实体平均产量(干质量)54.54 g · kg-1。子实体多糖含量1.60%,黄酮含量15.84%,三萜含量3.01%。发菌期抗杂性好,出黄期无明显杂菌,抗病性强。

Abstract: ‘Jihuang 1’is a new Sanghuangporus vaniini cultivar developed through systematic breeding. Its pure strain was obtained by isolating,purifying and culturing the fruiting bodies of wild Sanghuangporus collected from the forests of Quanshidong Forest Farm,Bajiazi Town,Helong City,Jilin Province.When cultivated on log substrates,its fruiting bodies grow singly,showing a horseshoe shape with a convex middle part. They are yellow-brown in the middle,yellow at the edges,and have a dense texture. The fruiting bodies have tube layers on the ventral surface,with a clear distinction between the ventral and dorsal surfaces. The three-year-old fruiting bodies have a diameter of 15-20 cm,a base thickness of 8-10 cm,and an edge thickness of 1-2 cm. The average yield of fruiting bodies from log cultivation is 54.54 g · kg-1. The fruiting bodies contain 1.60% polysaccharides,15.84% flavonoids,and 3.01% triterpenoids. It has good contamination resistance during the mycelium growth period,and shows strong disease resistance with no obvious miscellaneous fungi during the fruiting period.
