摘要: ‘蜀都早’是以‘金水’为母本,以‘早酥’为父本杂交选育出的早熟鲜食砂梨新品种。果实纺锤形,果面光滑,绿色,平均单果质量282.2 g。果肉白色,果心小,肉质较细、脆,汁液多,石细胞少,风味甜酸适中。可溶性固形物含量14.9%,可滴定酸含量0.42%,抗坏血酸含量0.0639 mg · g-1,总酚含量1 793.6 GAE mg · kg-1。果实综合性状优良,营养品质较为突出。在四川成都地区花芽萌动期2月下旬,果实成熟期7月上旬。果实发育期114 d左右。抗病性较强,对高温高湿环境适应性强。适宜在四川、重庆等平原和丘陵砂梨生态区以及近似生态区推广种植。进入稳产期后,产量约为23 025 kg · hm-2

Abstract: ‘Shuduzao’is a new early-ripening fresh-eating pear cultivar derived from a cross between ‘Jinshui’as the female parent and‘Zaosu’as the male parent. The fruit is spindle-shaped with a smooth green skin and an average single fruit weight of 282.2 g. The flesh is white with a small core,relatively fine and crisp texture,abundant juice,few stone cells,and a sweet-sour balanced flavor. It contains soluble solids 14.9%,titratable acid 0.42%,ascorbic acid 0.0639 mg · g-1,and total phenolics 1 793.6  GAE mg · kg-1. The fruit exhibits excellent comprehensive characteristics and prominent nutritional quality. In the Chengdu region of Sichuan,flower bud sprouting occurs in late February,and fruit ripens in early July. The fruit development period is about 114 days. This cultivar shows relatively strong disease resistance and good adaptability to high-temperature and high-humidity environments. It is suitable for promotion in plain and hilly pear-growing ecological zones in Sichuan,Chongqing,and similar ecological regions. After entering the stable production period,the yield is approximately 23 025 kg · hm-2.
