糙皮侧耳新品种‘信研5号’

A New Pleurotus ostreatus Cultivar‘Xinyan 5’

摘要: ‘信研5号’是以子实体灰黑色品种‘小黑平’和信阳传统栽培品种‘京平1号’为亲本,采用单孢杂交育种技术选育的糙皮侧耳新品种。其菌丝生长速度快,菌龄30 ~ 40 d;出菇蕾量适中,子实体丛生,朵形大、叶片个数多,菌盖灰褐色,菌柄硬、菌肉软。适应性较强,适合河南地区设施化栽培。在各地栽培表现稳定,三茬单袋产量918.13 g,生物学效率为91.8%。

Abstract: A new Pleurotus ostreatus cultivar‘Xinyan 5’was obtained by single-spore hybrid breeding technique,using gray-black fruiting body cultivar‘Xiaoheiping’and the Xinyang traditionally cultivated cultivar‘Jingping 1’as parents. Its mycelial growth rate is fast,with a growth period of 30-40 days. The number of mushroom buds is moderate,with buthy fruiting body,a large flower shape,a large number of leaves,a grayish brown cap,a hard stipe and a soft flesh. It has strong adaptability and is suitable for facility cultivation in Henan Province. It has stable cultivation performance in various regions,with a three-tride yield of 918.13 g per bag and a biological efficiency of 91.8%.
