摘要: 通过综述相关文献,阐述了植物对硒的吸收、运移及累积过程,概述了外源硒对蔬菜作物中总硒累积和有机硒转化以及对蔬菜作物产量和品质影响的研究现状。

关键词: 蔬菜, 外源硒, 吸收, 转化, 有机硒

Abstract: In this review paper,we summarize current knowledge about the absorption,transformation,and accumulation of selenium in plants. We also review the influence of exogenous selenium application on the yield,quality,and total selenium content of vegetables. The effect of exogenous selenium on organic selenium transformations in vegetables is also reported. Existing research indicates that the application of exogenous selenium can increase not only the transformation of organic selenium to inorganic selenium in vegetables but also the total selenium content of vegetables. The exact effect depends on the species and growth stage at the time of selenium application. Future research about selenium-rich vegetables should focus on the standardization of selenium application methods.
