钙对保护地栽培牡丹光合特性的影响

Effect of Ca2+ on Photosynthetic Characteristics of Tree Peony in Protective Field

摘要: 研究了用含0~240mg/L 钙元素的Arnon and Hoagland 培养液浇灌保护地栽培条件
下的牡丹植株的光合作用特性,叶片的饱和光强为750μmol·m22·s21左右,光补偿点为50μmol·m22·s21左右;饱和CO2 达1500μL·L21以上,CO2 补偿点为80μL·L
21左右;叶片羧化效率为0. 0402~0.0586。适宜浓度的钙能增加牡丹叶片的气孔导度、蒸腾速率,改善CO2 的供应,提高叶片RuBP2Case 活性和羧化效率,提高光合速率。各处理中以含钙160mg/L 的营养液处理为最好。
