A New Red-Fleshed Actinidia arguta Cultivar‘Jinhongdou’

摘要: ‘金红豆’是从武陵山脉北麓野生红肉软枣猕猴桃(Actinidia arguta)自然变异群体中选育出的雌株新品种。果实短圆形,果形指数1.25,平均单果质量15.22 g。果实干物质含量18.9%,可溶性糖10.5%,维生素C 1 311 mg · kg-1,可滴定酸0.97%,可溶性固形物16.7%。果实后熟后果肉、果皮均为红色,风味酸甜适中,香气浓郁宜人。在湖北东南部低海拔区域8月上旬成熟。盛果期平均产量11.3 t · hm-2。在湖北、湖南等生态条件相近的产区具备良好适应性。

Abstract: ‘Jinhongdou’is a newly bred cultivar derived from the natural variant population of wild red-fleshed Actinidia arguta at the northern foot of the Wuling Mountains. The fruit is short-round and a fruit shape index of 1.25,with an average single fruit weight of 15.22 g. It has a dry matter content of 18.9%,soluble sugar content of 10.5%,vitamin C content of 1 311 mg · kg-1,titratable acid content of 0.97%,and soluble solids content of 16.7%. After ripening,both the flesh and skin of the fruit turn red,exhibiting a balanced sweet-sour flavor,rich aroma,and pleasant taste. It matures in early August in low-altitude areas of southeastern Hubei. The average yield during the full bearing period is 11 300 kg · hm-2. This cultivar demonstrates good adaptability in production areas with similar ecological conditions,such as Hubei and Hunan provinces.
