摘要:

综述了植物激素在木本植物果实发育和果实内含物、色泽、风味、质地等品质形成过程的调控机制及应用研究,旨在提升对激素调控木本植物果实发育和品质形成的认识,为果实品质的改良应用提供思路。

Abstract:

The regulation and application of plant hormones in woody plant fruit development,particularly their roles in shaping quality attributes such as internal composition,color,flavor,and texture were reviewed. This review aims to clarify the hormonal regulation of fruit development and quality formation in woody plants,thereby providing a theoretical foundation for optimizing fruit quality through exogenous hormone application.
