摘要:
综述了温度通过调控花青苷合成、降解和转运相关基因的表达来影响花青苷积累的研究进展。温度能通过影响表观遗传和蛋白修饰来调控花青苷合成,如DNA甲基化、蛋白泛素化、蛋白类泛素化和蛋白磷酸化水平等。此外,温度还能与光照和激素协同调控影响花青苷积累。本文中为深入解析温度影响植物花青苷积累提供理论参考,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。
