A New Mid-late Ripening Apple Cultivar‘Huahong 2’

摘要: 苹果新品种‘华红2号’是由‘华红’的芽变选育而成。果实圆锥形,果形指数0.92,平均单果质量320 g;果皮鲜红色,底色黄绿色,果面较光滑,果点小;果肉较细,淡黄色,松脆多汁,去皮硬度6.8 kg • cm-2,可溶性固形物含量15.3%,口感酸甜,有香味,品质上等。在辽宁省兴城地区10月中旬成熟,属中晚熟品种,果实生育期155 d左右,产量37.5 t • hm-2。

Abstract: ‘Huahong 2’is a new apple cultivar derived from‘Huahong’mutant. The shape of the fruit is conical. The fruit shape index is 0.92. The average fruit weight is 320 g. Fruit covered with bright red,and the surface is smooth with little lenticels. The flesh is light yellow,tender,crunchy and juicy. The hardness of peeled fruit is 6.8 kg • cm-2. The soluble solids content is 15.3%. It tastes sour and sweet,with a very good quality. The fruit growth period is about 155 d. It is a new mid-late ripening apple cultivar matured in middle October in Xingcheng,Liaoning. The yield is 37 500 kg • hm-2.
