A New Red-fleshed Kiwifruit Cultivar‘Dongmei’

摘要: ‘东玫’是从湖南溆浦县野外美味猕猴桃资源中选育出的红心新品种。果实椭圆形,果面绒毛黄褐色,平均单果质量58.5 g。中果皮浅黄色,内果皮红色,果心黄色,风味浓郁。软熟果实含可溶性固形物20.1%,有机酸1.29%,可溶性总糖14%,维生素C947 mg • kg-1,钾1 322 mg • kg-1,钙256 mg • kg-1。在武汉地区9月上旬果实成熟。盛果期产量22 t • hm-2。

Abstract: ‘Dongmei’is a new cultivar of red-fleshed kiwifruit bred from the wild resource of Actinidia deliciosa in Hunan Province. The fruit shape is oval,the average weight of fruit is 58.5 g. The outer flesh is light yellow,the inner flesh is red,and fruit flavor is sweet with strongly aromatic. The contents of soluble solids,titratable acidity and total sugar are 20.1%,1.29% and 14%,respectively. The contents of vitamin C,potassium and calcium are 947,1 322 and 256 mg • kg-1,respectively. The fruit is ripe in the early September in Wuhan City. The yield is 22 t • hm-2 in the full fruit stage.
