大果草莓新品种‘京承香’

摘要: ‘京承香’草莓由‘吐特拉’与‘鬼怒甘’杂交选育而成。果实圆锥形或楔形,一、二级序果平均单果质量33.8 g,最大果56.0 g。果面红色,光泽强,耐贮运,可溶性固形物含量8.6%,维生素C含量0.805 mg ? g-1,还原糖含量4.3%,可滴定酸含量0.63%,果实硬度3.11 kg ? cm-2,产量达43.5 t ? hm-2。

Abstract: ‘Jingchengxiang’is big strawberry cultivar bred from the cross of‘Tudla’ב Kinuama’. The fruit is cone-shaped or wedge-shaped. The average fruit weight is 33.8 g and the largest fruit weight is 56.0 g. It has red peel and bright luster. It is tolerant to storage and transportation. The contents of soluble solids,vitamin C,total reducing sugar and total titratable acid are 8.6%,0.805 mg ? g-1,4.3% and 0.63%,respectively. The fruit firmness is 3.11 kg ? cm-2. The yield is 43.5 t ? hm-2.
