Abstract: ‘Binhai Changsan’is a new Sedum cultivar which was selected from natural species. It has excellent characteristics such as high ornamental value and resistance to salt and drought. The plant height is about 40.0 cm，its sprout is purple，and then turn green with growing. Cyme apical，its corolla with a average size of 10.5 cm in diameter，there are about 143.0 flowers on the whole plant，flower color is golden-yellow.‘Binhai Changsan’Sedum has the characteristics of high surface coverage and the extensive maintenance management，which is suitable for low-cost greening.
