摘要: 灵芝新品种‘芝102’是以‘南韩灵芝’和‘G8-2’为亲本,通过原生质体单核化杂交,筛
选获得的杂交菌株,抗杂菌能力较强,朵形好,出芝整齐,产量高。

关键词: 灵芝, 原生质体单核化, 杂交育种, 品种

Abstract: The new Ganoderma lucidum cultivar‘Zhi 102’was generated by a cross from
monokaryontic stains which were isolated from the parent’s strains‘Nanhan Lingzhi’and‘G8-2’through
protoplast monokaryolization. In addition,it has many excellent characteristics,such as strong resistance,
good quality,regularity and high yield.
