摘要: 对含有rin基因的番茄成熟突变体02612果实在贮藏过程中细胞超微结构的变化进行了研究。结果表明, rin突变体果实在贮藏期间果肉细胞壁完整、叶绿体、线粒体结构保持完好。rin突变体的耐贮性与其果肉细胞在贮藏过程中能够保持完整的结构有关。

Abstract: Ultrastructural changes of fruit cell were investigated in tomato ripening mutant rin 02612 during storage. The results showed that structureswere intact and orderly for cellwall, chloroplasts and mitochondria in rin mutant fruits during storage. It was suggested that storage property of tomato ripening mutant rin was associated with intact structures of cells during the course of storage.
