细胞分裂素对番茄子房和果实表面光系统Ⅱ光能吸收利用的影响

Effects on PSⅡ Light Absorption and Utilization of CTK on the Surface of Tomato Ovary and Fruit

摘要: 以‘保罗塔’番茄为试材,在开花前7 d和开花后10 d分别对花蕾和果实表面喷施浓度为600和800 mg · L-1的细胞分裂素(CTK),分析CTK对番茄子房和果实生长以及二者表面的光吸收和叶绿素荧光动力学参数的影响。结果表明,CTK处理后能明显促进番茄子房和果实膨大。其中,600 mg · L-1 CTK对子房纵径增长的促进效果明显优于800 mg · L-1 CTK;而800 mg · L-1 CTK对果实纵径增长的促进效果明显优于600 mg · L-1 CTK。600和800 mg · L-1 CTK分别使子房表面和果实表面的吸光系数Abs维持在较高水平。番茄子房表面和果实表面的光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)最大光化学量子产量Fv/Fm、原初量子效率Q和最大电子传递速率ETRmax均随着时间进程呈现逐渐下降趋势,而非光化学猝灭qN则呈逐渐升高趋势。600和800 mg · L-1的CTK分别使子房和果实表面叶绿素a原初光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、光系统Ⅱ电子传递能力(Q和ETRmax)维持在较高水平。由此说明番茄喷施CTK后,提高了子房和果实光能的吸收与利用的能力,从而促进果实的生长发育。

Abstract: The effects of cytokinin(CTK)on growth, optical absorption and chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics parameters of ovary and fruit were studied in tomato ‘Bobcat’. A floral bud at the 7 d before flowering or a fruit at the 10 d after flowering was respectively sprayed with 600 and 800 mg · L-1 CTK. The CTK significantly promoted expansion of ovary and fruit. However, the vertical length of ovary of spraying the floral bud with 600 mg · L-1 CTK was obviously superior to 800 mg · L-1 CTK, and vertical length of fruit of spraying the fruit with 800 mg · L-1 CTK was obviously superior to 600 mg · L-1 CTK. The absorption coefficient(Abs)on the surface of the ovary could be in higher levers with 600 mg · L-1 CTK than 800 mg · L-1 CTK, but the Abs on the surface of the fruit could be in higher levels with 800mg · L-1 CTK than 600 mg · L-1 CTK. With the development of ovary and fruit, the maximum quantum yield of primary photochemistry of photosystem Ⅱ(Fv/Fm), original quantum efficiencies(Q)and maximum electron transfer rat (ETRmax)decreased gradually,while the non-photochemical quench(qN) increased gradually. The CTK increased light absorption and utilization of ovary and fruit, which promoted the growth and development of fruit.
