摘要:

‘鄂魔芋1号’是以花魔芋为母本,白魔芋为父本,经远缘杂交选育而成的新品种。平均产量26.77 t · hm-2,平均繁殖系数13.7。三龄鲜球茎干物质含量16.60%,葡甘聚糖含量55.85%。抗软腐病、灰霉病和干腐病,易感白绢病。从出苗到成熟生育期146 d。适宜湖北省西部山区海拔800 ~ 1 300 m区域种植。

Abstract:

‘E-moyu 1’,a new Amorphophallus Blume cultivar was bred from the generations by distant hybridization of A. konjac(as the female parent)and A. albus(as the male parent). The average yield is 26.77 t · hm-2,and the average propagation coefficient is 13.7. The konjac glucomannan and the dry matter content in three-year-old fresh corm are 55.85% and 16.60%,separately. It is resistance to soft rot,gray mold and dry rot,but is susceptible to southern blight. The growth period is about 146 d from seedling emergence to mature. It is suitable to be cultivated in the mountainous area of western Hubei Province with altitude of 800–1 300 m.
