A New Hybrid Cymbidium Cultivar‘Fuyunhe’

Abstract: ‘Fuyunhe’is a new hybrid Cymbidium cultivar selected from progenies which was bred by crossing C. hybridum‘Kenny’as male parentand and C. sinense‘Pacific Ocean’as female parent. Blade edge with creamy stripes. The sub-erect pedicelis upright,45.5–56.0 cm in length,with 11–17 flowers. The flower is lotus-petalled,and it has a delicate fragrant. The sepals and petals are deep red with dark red stripes. The lobe of labellum is light pink with red sparkle and dark red speckler. The flowering period is early February to late March. This cultivar is long flowering period,high ornamental value and more resistant to stem rot.
