Abstract: ‘Xinbing 30’is a new citrus cultivar derived from the graft chimera of Bingtang sweet orange and Satsuma mandarin，which was found in Xinping County，Yunnan Province. The fruit is high oblate or spherical in shape，with a single fruit weight of 185–225 g. The mature fruit is orange-red color and easy to peel. Flesh is light orange in color and have tender and juicy taste，capsule wall is soft，seedless. In Xinping，Yunnan，the acidity can be reduced to 0.81 % in mid-September，while the titratable acid content of Bingtang orange is still 1.20% at the same time，so its mature period is earlier than Bingtang orange，and it can be harvested in mid-October. The fruit total soluble solids content is 12.3%，titratable acid content is 0.40%，reducing sugar is 6.59%，invert sugar is 8.75%，vitamin C content is 343.6 mg · L-1， fruit edible rate is 76.20%，juice account for 51.46%. The variety has early fruiting and high yield，three years top-graft trees on trifoliate orange could produce 42.7 kg fruits per plant in average. The cultivar is suitable for planting in Yunnan Bingtang orange cultivation area and similar ecological area.
