Abstract: ‘Yuecui 1 Caixin’is a new flowering Chinese cabbage hybrid developed by crossing the excellent cytoplasmic male sterile（CMS） line 18-9-5A as female parent with the high generation inbred line 18-9-7 as male parent. It has strong growth potential，upright and compact plant type. The bolt is sturdy，oily green and glossy，with a plant height of 37 cm，a bolt height of 28 cm，a bolt thickness of 1.7 cm，and a bolt weight of 71 g. The cultivar takes 33–37 days from sowing to initial harvest and belongs to the mid early-maturing type. Bolting is neat and consistent. It has wide adaptability，strong resistance，and suitable for growing in spring and autumn cultivation in southern China. The average yield can reach to 17 850 kg · hm-2.
